I am a dedicated Life Coach and Mindset Trainer on a mission to empower and guide individuals toward a life filled with peace and joy. I hold certificates in both life coaching and health coaching. 

With a master certificate in life coaching, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise into my practice. Currently, I'm pursuing education in mindfulness and emotional intelligence to enhance my skills so I can better serve my clients.

Music and Dance Therapist

Meet Cynthia, a psychotherapist and dance and music therapist.  Cynthia pursued her studies in dance and music therapy in France, enhancing her holistic approach to healing. Holding an MA in clinical psychology, she is well-versed in understanding the complexities of the human mind.

Cynthia's expertise shines in her dedicated work with young and adult addicts, using her therapeutic skills to facilitate their healing journeys. She also supports refugees in Lebanon, contributing to the well-being of those in need.

As an esteemed professional, Cynthia is affiliated with the World Federation of Music Therapy and the International Pole of Research in Music Therapy. We are thrilled to welcome her to our community for an extraordinary music and dance session, where her wealth of experience promises to create a transformative and uplifting experience for all.
