Savor Your Seasons

Hi!
I'm Ghada Elias

Certified Life Coach &
Clarity Catalyst Instructor
Welcome to my world!
A journey shaped by love, resilience, and the extraordinary challenges of raising a child with autism.
Being a mom to two amazing kids has been my greatest joy and my biggest teacher. My 21 year old son, who has severe autism, has shown me what true strength and perseverance look like. Our journey hasn’t been easy. There were sleepless nights, overwhelming days, and moments when I felt completely lost. But there were also breakthroughs, moments of pure love, and small victories that reminded me why I keep going. My daughter, thriving in college and embracing her independence, inspires me with her determination and kindness every day.

Looking back, I realize how much autism has shaped me. It taught me patience, compassion, and how to embrace life’s challenges, even when they seem impossible. There have been bad days when I felt like I wasn’t enough, but also good days when I celebrate my son’s tiny progress and my daughter modest accomplishments. It’s through these ups and downs that I’ve come to truly know myself.

I’m not perfect! I have flaws, weaknesses, and moments of self-doubt, just like everyone else. But I’ve learned to be real, to live authentically, and to lean into my core values of love, compassion, faith, and resilience. These values guide how I live, how I parent, and how I help others.

My journey has also been about growth. I became a certified life and health coach and completed my TCM Masters in life coaching, with over 100 hours of experience. I’m certified to teach the Clarity Catalyst program to kids, teens, and adults, sharing tools that have transformed my life. I specialize in mindfulness, stress management, time and mind management, emotional intelligence, and helping parents of special needs children navigate their unique paths.

Through it all, I’ve learned that it’s okay to have bad days, to be vulnerable, and to ask for help. What matters most is how we keep moving forward, evolving, learning, and becoming stronger with each step.

Today, I focus on living fully in the present. I cherish the moments with my kids, embrace life’s challenges, and prioritize taking care of myself. I know that life is messy and unpredictable, but I also know that it’s beautiful and worth every effort.

If my journey can inspire or support you in any way, I’d love to walk alongside you as you create your own path towards peace, growth, and joy.

With love and gratitude,
Ghada
