Welcome to my world!

A world full of love, challenges, growth, and a whole lot of heart.

I’m Ghada, a proud mom, a certified life coach, a retreat guide, and now a writer working on my first book. But most of all, I’m just a woman who’s been through a lot and still chooses to live with faith, joy, and purpose.

My son is 21 and has severe autism. Being his mom has taught me more than any book, course, or class ever could. There were many nights I didn’t sleep, days I felt completely lost, and moments I questioned everything. But there were also sweet smiles, quiet progress, and powerful lessons in love and resilience. My daughter, who was also diagnosed with Asperger and hyperlexia, is now done with college, and amazes me every day with her strength, independence, and kind heart.

This journey hasn’t been easy, but it has shaped who I am. Autism taught me how to be patient, how to let go of control, and how to find beauty in the little things most people miss. Through all the ups and downs, I’ve learned to be real, to give myself grace, and to keep moving forward, even when it’s hard.

I’m not perfect. I have messy days. I cry. I worry. But I also laugh a lot! I love to travel, I enjoy the little moments, and I find joy in the simple things. My faith is what keeps me grounded. It’s my anchor, my strength, and my light when everything feels dark. I truly believe God chose this path for me, and He walks it with me every single day. I believe that "God does not choose the qualified, He qualifies the chosen."

Over the years, I became a certified life and health coach and earned my Master’s in life coaching. I’ve coached dozens of people and taught the Clarity Catalyst program to kids, teens, and adults. I work with parents of special needs children and anyone who’s ready to take charge of their life, find peace, and create healthy habits.

I'm also leading beautiful and soul-filling retreats that bring people together in places like Greece and Lebanon. These aren’t just trips. They’re deep, healing experiences filled with connection, nature, movement, mindfulness, laughter, and lots of love.

And now, I’m writing a book about my life, about being a Lebanese-born mom raising two children with special needs, learning to trust God, finding myself after divorce, and choosing joy no matter what life throws my way.

I’ve learned that life doesn’t have to be perfect to be beautiful. It’s messy, unpredictable, and sometimes really hard, but it’s also full of love, growth, and little miracles when we choose to see them.

If my story speaks to your heart, I’d love to walk beside you. You’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.

With love, laughter, and faith,

Ghada
