Savor Your Seasons

Clarity Catalyst Program for Adults
An 8-week journey to reconnect with who you are, what you want, and the life you’re meant to live.

The Clarity Catalyst is a life-changing program based on a Stanford University master’s degree course that was originally created in 1979 to help students reduce stress, boost creativity, and live with more authenticity and purpose.

Now, I teach this powerful 8-week experience in a way that’s simple, practical, and deeply meaningful available in small groups or private one-on-one sessions, either in person or live online.

Through this journey, I guide you to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the part of you that may have been forgotten or buried under stress, fear, or daily demands.

In this course, you will learn how to:
-
Get clear on who you are, what matters most to you, and what kind of life you want to create
-
Quiet the inner critic and replace old limiting beliefs with new, empowering ones
-
Tap into your creativity and confidence so you can express yourself fully
-
Strengthen emotional intelligence and handle challenges with more ease and awareness
-
Shift your perspective on fear and learn how to move forward even when it feels hard
-
Connect with your true self so you can make decisions that feel aligned and grounded
-
Build mindful habits that support peace, focus, and self-love
-
Create a life that feels meaningful—one that reflects your values, passions, and unique gifts

This course includes a beautiful blend of:
-
Sacred group sharing in a safe, supportive space
-
Mindfulness and emotional intelligence practices
-
Weekly reflection tools to help you see life through a new lens
-
Mid-week peer coaching (for group participants) to deepen the learning and remind you that you’re not alone
Whether you're looking for direction, craving peace, or simply ready to feel more like yourself again—The Clarity Catalyst is a path back home to you.
Join a group for connection and community, or choose one-on-one coaching for a more personal, focused experience. Either way, I’ll be right there beside you every step of the way.
