Ghada Elias

Certified Life & Mindfulness Coach

"My story is the reason I do the work I do today."

A life full of love, challenges, growth, and a whole lot of heart.

I’m Ghada, a proud single mom, a certified life and mindfulness coach, a retreat leader, and now a writer working on my first book. But most of all, I’m simply a woman who has been through a lot and still chooses to live with faith, joy, and purpose.

I was born in Lebanon and came to the United States when I was 16 years old. I didn’t know the language, the culture was new to me, and everything felt unfamiliar. Like many immigrants, I had to learn how to adapt, grow, and find my place in a completely different world. That experience shaped me in many ways and taught me resilience early in life.

Years later, life brought me another unexpected journey when I became a mom. Two kids on the autism spectrum.

My son is 22, diagnosed with severe autism. Being his mom has taught me more than any book, course, or class ever could. There were many nights without sleep, days I felt completely lost, and moments when I questioned everything. But there were also sweet smiles, quiet progress, and powerful lessons in love and resilience.

My daughter, diagnosed with Asperger’s and hyperlexia, has now graduated from college and amazes me every day with her strength, independence, and kind heart.

This journey hasn’t been easy, but it has shaped who I am. Autism taught me patience, how to let go of control, and how to find beauty in the little things most people miss. Through all the ups and downs, I’ve learned to be real, to give myself grace, and to keep moving forward even when life feels hard.

I’m not perfect. I have messy days. I cry. I worry. But I also laugh a lot. I love to travel, enjoy simple moments, and find joy in the little things.

My faith is what keeps me grounded. It is my anchor, my strength, and my light when things feel dark. I truly believe God chose this path for me and walks it with me every step of the way. I hold close to the belief that God does not choose the qualified. He qualifies the chosen.

Over the years, I became a certified life and mindfulness coach and earned my Master’s in life coaching. I teach the Clarity Catalyst program to kids, teens, and adults. I also work with parents of special needs children and with people who are ready to take charge of their lives, find peace, and create healthier habits.

I now lead beautiful and soul-filling retreats in places like Greece and Lebanon. These are not just trips. They are meaningful experiences where people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and share moments of reflection, nature, mindfulness, laughter, and deep connection.

And now I am writing a book about my life. About being a Lebanese-born mom raising two children with special needs, learning to trust God, finding myself after divorce, and choosing joy no matter what life brings.

My journey taught me that even in the most difficult seasons of life, we can still grow, heal, and rediscover ourselves. The tools I teach today are not just things I studied; they are tools that helped me navigate challenges, find peace, and rebuild my life with faith and purpose.

So, Why I Do This Work?

My heart is truly in what I do.

I believe that life doesn’t have to be perfect to be beautiful. It’s messy, unpredictable, and sometimes really hard. But it’s also full of love, growth, and little miracles when we choose to see them.

I want to help people see it, feel it, and truly live it.

Because the truth is, we only have today. Today is not meant to be wasted. It is meant to be lived. To make memories, to make choices, and to ask ourselves: What do I want? Who am I becoming?

To savor each day, no matter what life brings.
To open our hearts to receive.
To live with gratitude.
To know that each one of us matter and that we are truly loved.

This is what I discovered through my own journey, and it is what I hope to help others discover within themselves.

If my story speaks to your heart, I would be honored to walk beside you. You are not alone, and you don’t have to figure everything out by yourself.

With love, laughter, and faith,

Ghada
