The Clarity Catalyst Course is based on a Stanford University master’s degree program that was developed in 1979 to cultivate creativity, authenticity and self- expression.
In this powerful, life shifting, 8-week self-discovery course (taught either in person or live online) you will be given the blueprint to get clear on who you are and what you want. Your clarity, self- confidence, awareness, sense of direction, and passion will increase exponentially.

Learn how to implement the Clarity Catalyst daily practice routine and begin seeing life from the perspective of an observer. This helps you stop taking things personally and opens the door to more creativity and clarity.
Week 2 – Reprogramming Self-Limiting Beliefs

Identify the limiting beliefs that may still be holding you back. Learn how to shift those patterns so you can stop judging yourself and begin moving forward with greater freedom and confidence.
Week 3 – The Power of Presence

Discover practical mindfulness tools that help you stay in the present moment instead of worrying about the future or replaying the past. This reduces anxiety and clears the mind so you can think more creatively.
Week 4 – Activating Your Intuition

Learn how to trust your inner guidance and use the Clarity Catalyst Question Inquiry process to uncover the answers that already exist within you when facing important life decisions.
Week 5 – Discovering Your Purpose

Clarify what truly matters to you. You will identify your core values and begin creating your personal life-purpose mission statement to guide your next steps.
Week 6 – Mastering Time & Stress

Learn a powerful system to manage time and reduce stress so you can stop procrastinating and start taking action on the things that matter most to you.
Week 7 – Mastering Relationships & Self-Love

Develop a healthier relationship with yourself while gaining tools to improve relationships with others, release past hurts, and grow from life’s challenges.
Week 8 – Mastering Your Money Mindset

Explore your relationship with money, uncover subconscious beliefs about wealth, and begin developing an abundance mindset that supports your goals and future.
