Lebanon is a land of resilience, faith, beauty, and rebirth. And so are you.
This retreat is not just a getaway. It is a sacred pause. A space to step away from daily responsibilities and reconnect with who you are beneath the noise, expectations, and pressure.
If you feel tired…
If you feel like you’ve been strong for everyone else…
If you’re ready to feel grounded, confident, and clear again…
This experience is for you.
During our time together, you will:
Reconnect with your identity and inner strength
Release emotional heaviness and mental clutter
Learn practical mindfulness tools you can use daily
Strengthen your body through gentle movement and breathwork
Build confidence in your voice and decisions
Experience deep sisterhood and meaningful connection
Return home lighter, clearer, and more aligned
You won’t just visit Lebanon.
You will experience transformation in the land that teaches endurance, faith, and courage.

Our journey starts in the magical seaside town of Jbeil (Byblos), one of the oldest cities in the world. We’ll stroll through the ancient Phoenician castle, explore the colorful old souk, visit some of the old churches, and enjoy the peaceful energy of the sea. You’ll feel the history, the charm, the faith, and the warmth in every corner.
Then, we head to Batroun for a day of pure relaxation of soothing massages, refreshing facials, and time to just breathe. This is your chance to pause, unwind, and be taken care of.
Next, we head up to the peaceful mountains of Jroud Akoura, where nature surrounds us with stillness and beauty. We’ll explore the land, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and visit one of the oldest churches in the world carved inside a mountain. We’ll also visit other sacred places and enjoy some adventures in nature.
From there, we continue to Bshaaleh, home to some of the oldest olive trees on earth, over 6,000 years old. Just being in their presence is grounding and awe-inspiring.
Then we make our way to Douma, a picturesque village full of history, culture, and Lebanese tradition. We’ll wander its charming streets, connect with its warm spirit, and feel a deep sense of belonging.
Through it all, we’ll be in touch with our hearts and souls with moments of quiet, joy, creativity, fun, laughter and connection. This isn’t just a trip; it’s a chance to come back to yourself while surrounded by beauty and love.
Whether we’re creating, journaling, dancing, or just sitting in silence, every moment is designed to help you reconnect with yourself in a gentle, joyful way.
You’ll laugh, heal, explore, and discover new parts of yourself in some of the most beautiful places in Lebanon.
This is your time to rest, breathe, get in touch with your soul, and return home with a full heart, a clear mind, and memories that will stay with you forever.
I truly can’t wait to share this journey with you🤍
